Is Taggabox a moving company?
Yes. We provide full moving services to our customers. We take the stress out of moving by delivering and picking up your boxes and providing movers and a truck.

What method of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.  Payment must be made prior to delivery of the boxes.

Do I need to be home for delivery and pick up?
Yes. You will need to verify the number of boxes delivered and sign the rental agreement.  Upon pick up, you will need to verify the boxes are returned in good condition.

Is there a charge for delivery?
No.  We deliver and pick up free of charge.

Will I be contacted prior to delivery/pick up?
Yes.  We will contact you to verify your information and confirm the time of delivery and pick up.

What if I need additional boxes?
We will do our best to help you determine the number of boxes needed for your desired move.  If needed, please note that additional boxes carry a minimum delivery charge.

If I order too many boxes will I be refunded for the unused boxes?
No.  A refund will not be given for unused boxes.

Can I extend the rental term?
Yes.  Just contact us 24 hours prior to pick up.  You will be informed of the additional charges.
